Row Crop Headers
These
advanced row crop headers were designed to harvest large acreages
of milo and sunflowers in tough, demanding conditions.

row crop headers were developed to harvest even the highest
yielding milo and sunflower crops quickly and efficiently.
Performance is vastly superior to traditional grain head attachments.
Productivity
is maximized even in tough, tangled conditions with low angle
snouts and dividers that slide under low hanging plants. The
two-speed gathering units can be easily adjusted to match
forward speed of the combine.
Shattering
of crop and loss of seed are prevented with the gentle feeding
action of the gathering chain, together with the holding action
of the flexible collectors. The stalks are cut by the rear
positioned high-speed, four-blade rotating knife.
Universal
adaptation to popular combine models is made possible by adapters
that accommodate the combine's quick attach features. Low
power requirement and lightweight design (approximately 14
hp and less than 2400 lb. for the 6-row unit) leave plenty
of engine power to respond to traction and harvesting demands
on the combine engine.
Service
and maintenance requirements are minimized as a result of
carefully designed features. Clutches protect the driving
components and the drive chain is lubricated from a standard
fitted oil reservoir.
